Once the claim file is complete, I communicate directly with the insurance adjuster, citing Utah building codes, manufacturer standards, and policy language that support proper repair or replacement. My goal is to ensure that both you and your contractor have the backing and documentation needed for the carrier to pay what’s owed under the policy — no shortcuts, no missed details.
