I start by coordinating a comprehensive damage assessment with your chosen restoration contractor and, when needed, environmental and structural professionals. I ensure all affected components are properly documented — from framing and finishes to air quality and electrical systems.

While your contractor focuses on estimating the cost of repair and rebuilding, I focus on policy interpretation, documentation, and communication with the insurance company. Together, we make sure the full extent of your loss is recognized and that the carrier pays what’s required to restore your property safely and completely.
